Painterly Monotypes

When: Tuesdays, Sept. 24 - Oct. 29 (Make-up day Nov. 5)

Cost: $175 per person
 

This 6-week workshop will delve into the painterly rewards of making monotype prints. Students will be introduced to a variety of exciting additive and subtractive methods of making one-of-a-kind monotypes using water-based oil paints. Students will be encouraged to develop a series of prints and will receive individualized assistance to guide their aesthetic vision.

• Water-based oil paint set (beginner set of 6 or 10)

• 5 sheets BFK Rives Paper

• Baren

• Brushes

• Palette

• Wash Bucket

• Paper Towels

• Razor Blades
